AI Connector

Connect your AI assistant to your Quiq account.

🚧

Early Release

The Quiq AI Connector is an early-release feature and is evolving quickly. It's available now to every administrator on your account — there's nothing to request.

The Quiq AI Connector is a command-line tool (@quiq/cli) that lets an AI assistant — like Claude — work in your Quiq customer-experience account for you. You approve a scoped session once, and from then on your assistant can work directly with your account's data.

Everything the assistant can do is scoped to what you approve.

What you can do

Ask your assistant to work with your Quiq data in plain language — for example:

  • Analyze conversations
  • Analyze events
  • Analyze trends

…and more, with new capabilities being added all the time.

Getting started

Your assistant does the work. Once it has the connector skill, it installs the connector and signs you in — you don't run anything yourself. The one thing you do by hand is click Approve on a sign-in link it hands you. After that, just tell it what you'd like to do in your Quiq account.

Add the connector skill to your assistant

Download the connector skill, then add it the way your assistant adds skills — and you're ready to go.

Additional setup for cloud environments

Some AI assistants run each conversation in its own per-session cloud workspace rather than on your own computer — including:

  • Claude.ai
  • Claude Desktop
  • Claude Cowork
  • ChatGPT

…and others like them. Because these workspaces have limited network access, you may need one extra step before connecting.

In that case, an administrator needs to add Quiq — *.goquiq.com — to the assistant's list of allowed destinations in its admin settings. Without it, the connector can't reach your account.

Assistants that run on your own computer, such as Claude Code, don't need this step.
