Supported Media Types

The following media types (MIME) are supported by Quiq. Your customers can attach files that are of the following types, and you can send followings of the following types. Some dangerous files like executables are not allowed, and support for each file type may vary by channel.

Size Limitations

Quiq supports media types up to 25MB, although specific channels have stricter limitations.

SMS

Files must be smaller than 5MB

Audio files have a max size of 16MB link

Images have a max size of 5 MB link
