Slack
Overview
Slack integration allows your team to see notifications of Quiq conversations being begun in a dedicated Slack channel. Organizations with an existing Slack instance and using multiple applications may find Slack notifications valuable for prompting team members to answer conversations as they arrive.
Setup
⚠️ NOTE
These tasks should be completed by your Slack Admin.
From the left hand Slack Menu, choose Customize Slack.

This will bring up the Slack web interface. From the left side menu, choose Configure apps.

Add a new configuration that posts to the channel you choose, and make selections for icon, label, and username as desired. Copy the Webhook URL value and provide this, the channel name, and username to support@quiq.com. Quiq will take it from there and configure conversation notifications to be sent to that URL.

##Usage
Once configured, users should see new conversation announcements listed in the selected Slack channel.
