Overview

The languages tab allows Admins to turn on Quiq Translate, via the Enable Auto Message Translation toggle, and define supported languages for their tenant.

By default, each tenant has English set as the supported language.

Enabling Languages

If you don't see languages in your Admin section, reach out to your account manager.

Languages added in via the admin section will be used across all agents by default. Languages can be defined on a per agent basis by admins in the Userstab, and by individual agents via the User Settings modal.

Supported languages associated with an individual agent will take priority over languages defined in the Admin section.

Right to Left Language Support

If you'd like to enable Right to Left languages for your human agents please reach out to your account manager for help configuring.

Preferred Language

Once a language is added, you can click on it to make it the preferred language for your tenant:

Preferred languages can't be removed, and will be used as the language messages will be translated into when Translation is on and the agent and end user don't speak the same language.
