Logs
Overview
The Logs section provides a way for Admins to track and review error-related logs for a range of different events. Each log type contains helpful information about when the error occurred and other information helpful for troubleshooting.
Available Logs
Below you'll find a list of available error logs and a brief description of what each covers. Each error log will contain additional details, like the event name, a timestamp, and additional, log specific, details.
Facebook
Facebook error logs will be reported when your tenant is connected to a Facebook page to power an experience on Facebook Messenger or Instagram. Errors will occur when a page is disconnected, whether due to a password reset, a user losing access to a given page, a permission change, or another cause.
Salesforce
Salesforce error logs are reported when your tenant is Salesforce integrated and Quiq is unable to make successful network connections to your Salesforce environment. Some errors reported here are very serious and could be causing a site outage. Other issues are less severe and might only prevent data synchronization and longer-term reporting. Typical causes are credential expiration, field validation, custom apex issues, and more.
SMS
SMS logs will be reported when an inbound or outbound SMS message is rejected due to country code restrictions.
Conversation Validation
This log will be reported when an invalid custom field update is attempted in a conversation - for example, including an invalid custom field ID in the start-conversation API, or attempting to set a custom field to a value of the wrong type.
Stored Context Validation
This log will be reported when an invalid custom field update is included in the stored-context API.
