User Settings (OSC)

Oracle Service Cloud User Settings

Each user must add the Quiq Navigation Pane to the OSC console as follows:

  1. Click on the Options menu button at the top left of the console > select Options > select Tool Windows > check the ‘Messaging’ checkbox > select OK.
  2. Dock the Messaging item where desired in the console.
    Once the user has loaded the Navigation Pane, that user’s account information is loaded into Quiq. The User may then be added to Roles and have Quiq manager or admin permissions applied. Reference the Admin Guide for details.
