Browser and Security Settings
Browsers
The default Quiq application is completely web based and accessed via browser. Standalone Quiq users should use one of the following browsers:
- Chrome (latest two versions)
- Firefox (latest two versions)
- Safari (latest two versions)
- Microsoft Edge (latest two versions)
CRM integrations (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, and Zendesk) also utilize browser components, and users should use one of the following browsers:
- Chrome (latest two versions)
- Firefox (latest two versions)
- Microsoft Edge (latest two versions)

Network Security
Quiq makes requests to a number of font files upon initial load. Firewall and/or proxy devices should allow access to the following hosts to ensure the Quiq application operates as expected:

*.goquiq.com
*.quiq.com
Password Recovery
If a user accesses the Forgot Password link from the login screen, the Google Re-Captcha service is utilized for security purposes. To enable Re-Captcha, the following items should be added to whitelists:
- https://www.google.com/recaptcha/*
- https://www.google.com/js/*
- .gstatic.com
Attachment Retrieval
Files sent by an end user are loaded into Amazon AWS and agents must be able to access this domain to download attachments.
